Bolthold SP12-38S Asphalt Anchor – 304 Stainless Steel

The Bolthold SP12-38S asphalt anchor is a heavy-duty anchoring solution engineered for asphalt applications where corrosion resistance and deep embedment are required. This 12″ asphalt anchor bolt is ideal for mounting plates, fencing, and machinery directly into asphalt surfaces. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it provides enhanced corrosion resistance, making it well suited for coastal and saltwater-adjacent environments.

Load anchors to no more than 80% of rated pull strength when the structure is self-supporting. If the structure applies a static pull force on the anchors, limit loading to 20% of the rated pull strength.

Installation Tips

• Drill a 7/8″ diameter hole to a depth of 12″ for proper anchor embedment.
• Ensure the bolt length inside the anchor does not exceed 5″.
